EzyLive ("EzyLive," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, process, and safeguard information when you access or use our website, applications, APIs, integrations, and live streaming services (collectively, the "Services").

Our primary purposes for using your personal information are to provide you with a smooth and efficient experience, for customer support, for service-related communications, to maintain and improve EzyLive's existing user-facing features, and to keep our Platform and users safe and secure.
Specifically, we may use your information for the following purposes.
3.1 To provide and improve our Services
To provide you with the Services you request and to improve and customize EzyLive for the best possible experience.
3.2 For customer support
To investigate, respond to, and resolve customer queries, send you technical notices and security alerts, and provide other support and administrative services.
3.3 For service-related communications
To send you service updates, product announcements, billing notices, and information about features that improve your use of EzyLive. You may opt out of non-essential promotional communications at any time. We do not use data obtained through Google APIs (including YouTube and Google account data) for advertising purposes.
3.4 To improve EzyLive
To analyze aggregated, non-Google API usage data in order to improve and maintain existing user-facing features of EzyLive. Data obtained through Google APIs is used solely to provide the user-facing features described in Section 4 and is not used for general product research or for developing features unrelated to the integrations the user has authorized.
3.5 For legal and security purposes
To prevent, detect, investigate, and take measures against criminal activity, fraud, misuse of or damage to our Platform or Services, and other threats and violations to EzyLive's or a third party's rights.
We do not sell or otherwise disclose personal information we collect about you for monetary or other valuable consideration.
4. Third-Party Platform Integrations
EzyLive lets you stream to and connect with third-party platforms. When you authorize a connection, we receive only the minimum data needed to provide the streaming feature you requested. All access tokens are stored encrypted at rest, and we use them only to perform actions you have explicitly initiated within EzyLive.
4.1 YouTube (Google API Services)
EzyLive's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not collect personal Google user data. EzyLive does not request, store, or process your Google email address, name, profile photo, contacts, friends list, watch history, comments, private videos, or any other personal Google account information.
When you connect your YouTube account, the only data we store is:
We use this data exclusively to perform the action you initiated within EzyLive: starting a YouTube live broadcast and relaying your video and audio feed to your channel. We do not read, copy, analyze, or store any other YouTube or Google data.
Because we do not collect personal Google user data, the following are not technically possible and are also expressly prohibited by our policies:
You can revoke EzyLive's access to your YouTube account at any time from your Google Account permissions page, or by disconnecting the integration inside EzyLive. When you disconnect, the encrypted token and stored channel identifiers are deleted from our systems.
EzyLive's use of YouTube API Services is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
4.2 Facebook (Meta Platforms)
We do not collect personal Facebook user data. EzyLive does not request, store, or process your Facebook email address, profile information, friends list, posts, messages, or any other personal account data.

You can revoke EzyLive's access at any time from your Facebook Business Integrations settings, or by disconnecting the integration inside EzyLive. When you disconnect, the encrypted token and stored destination identifiers are deleted from our systems.
4.3 Other Streaming Destinations
For other RTMP destinations (such as LinkedIn, Twitch, X, or custom RTMP endpoints), we store only the credentials or stream keys you provide, encrypted at rest, and use them solely to relay your stream to that destination.
